We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days.
Returns
We do hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not please do get in touch immediately by contacting this email address: info@birgittehaahrlund.com
We cannot accept returns on any prints or paintings as potential damage may happen during its transit back to us. This would prevent the artwork from being resold.
If your item arrives in a faulty condition then please do get in touch by email and if possible please provide images of the damage. We will endeavour to replace your item as quickly as possible.
Please note we do not refund original shipping costs and you will have to cover the costs of return shipping.
When sending an item back to us we thoroughly recommend using a trackable shipping method so that you can track the status of your return shipment and be ensured that it has definitely returned safely to us.
